    How do I get to the hotel?

    You can get to Fraser Suites by Taxi, BTS sky train, or MRT Metro.

    How to reach the hotel from the airport?

    There are a few ways to get to Fraser Suites Sukhumvit via the following:
    By Taxi - A taxi from the airport takes approximately 45 minutes depending on traffic conditions and an average of THB 500-600. By Express train: A 15 minutes train ride will take you to to Makkasan station at a flat rate of 150 baht. Train services operates daily from 06:00 to 24:00.

    Do you provide an internet access?

    Complimentary wifi access is available throughout the property

    Where can we eat?

    An all-day dining restaurant, Charcoal and Above Eleven Rooftop Bar is located in the property. There are resturants located around as well, simply check with our Client relations Executive and they will gladly recommend them to you.

    How to make the best experience of Bangkok?

    There are lots to see and do in Bangkok, each offering a different and unique experience. Check out the attractions on our Attractions page or check with our Client relations Executives for recommendations.

    When is the check-in time?

    The check-in time is 14:00.

    When is the check-out time?

    The check out time is 12:00. Should you like to request for a late check out, kindly check with our Client relations executive.

    What time is breakfast served?

    Breakfast is served from 06:00 - 10:30 at our all-day dining restaurant. 

    Do you have laundry facilities?

    Yes, there is a washer/ dryer in every apartment and we provide laundry and dry cleaning services as well.

    Do you have fitness facilities?

    Yes, a 24/7 fully-equipped gym is located on the 6th floor for our guests.

    Where can I go for shopping?

    These are some of the recommended shopping areas within 15-30 minutes via BTS sky train: The Emporium, Central Chid Lom, Central Embassy, Central World, Siam Center , Siam Paragon, MBK and Terminal 21.

    Which type of beds do you have?

    All apartments feature king size beds only.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    For any cancellation or amendment of reservation, notice must be given 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a charge of one night's apartment rate including taxes. 

    Where can I find the closest bank, ATM and exchange office?

    The Thai Military Bank (TMB), Bank of Ayudhya, Kasikorn Bank (K-Bank), Siam Comercial Bank (SCB), and Bangkok Bank are conveniently located around the property.

    Do you provide newspapers?

    Yes, complimentary local English newspapers are provided.

    What is maximum number of people in each apartment type?

    Each apartment covers the following number of guests:
    Studio/ One Bedroom: 2 guests
    2 Bedroom: 4 guests
    3 Bedroom: 6 guests

    Do you have Suites and access for persons in wheelchairs?

    We do not have appartments specifically designed for persons in wheelchairs, however there is ample room to allow wheelchair mobility.

    Do you accept pets?

    Yes, we are a pet-friendly serviced apartment. However, do take note of the prevailing policies:
    - Initial Deposit required: THB 25,000 (any damages inside the apartment caused by the pet will be deducted from deposit)
    - Fumigation Charge: THB 10,000/ pet applies.

    Do you provide parking and what is the cost?

    Yes. 1 complimentary car park lot is provided per apartment. 

    Can I leave my luggage if my room is not available?

    Yess, you may leave your luggage with our concierge.

    What are the reception opening hours?

    The reception, concierge and security services are 24/7.

    Do you provide shuttle service to the airport?

    We do not provide shuttle service to the airport. However, airport transport services from THB 1,300 - THB 1,800 (depending on vehicle arranged) can be arranged prior to your departure.

    Do you provide baby cots and extra beds and the cost?

    Complimentary baby cots are availale upon request and subject to availability.
    Rental of extra beds are available upon request and are chargable at THB 1,685/night.

    Do you provide adaptors?

    Yes, complimentary rental of adaptors are available.
